Masterplan completed for Roeselare’s northern station area
Together with DELVA Landscape Architecture | Urbanism and Filip Canfyn / Rebel, we have recently been working on a new plan for this central West Flemish town.
Our updated vision creates a healthy breathing space for the whole city. We link this area, conveniently located north of the station, to the existing TRAX cultural cluster and add more high-quality public space. This will allow a wider range of residents to benefit from this green structure in a variety of ways. Moreover, the addition of a building programme creates ownership and vibrancy (in line with our view of station areas!).
Roeselare will not only have a new park and better active transport routes, but also a special green-urban residential area.
