New BNA board appointed
Yesterday, a large majority of the Council of Members appointed six new BNA board members. As a board member, our creative director/partner Jeroen de Willigen will also use his design skills to solve current social and economic issues.
The BNA board notes that many of the current challenges such as climate change, inclusive society and the current housing shortage are spatial in nature. “In our opinion, this requires both a strong position of architects in society and strengthening their knowledge and skills. With this board, we will work hard to achieve that.”
The other board members are: Annegien van Dijk (BRIQUE Architects), Floris Overheul (Mecanoo), wouter thijssen (MVSA Architects), Tim Vermeend (Urban Climate Architects) and Jan Peter Wingender (Office Winhov). Read more on the BNA website.
