Out there #3 – Inclusief Zuid De Zwarte Hond
The main reason for publishing a third edition of Out There was the opening of Theater Zuidplein. But it was also the right moment to present a different perspective on South Rotterdam. Through our projects in Rotterdam-Zuid, we show how we are working on enriching and beautifying the Netherlands and strengthening cohesion in the country.
