Masterplan Haufeld

One of the last areas available in Siegburg for the development of housing and commercial projects is Haufeld in the city centre. Located between the railway line, Wilhelmstraße and Von-Stephan-Straße, the 8.5-hectare site is within walking distance of the ICE station on the Cologne-Frankfurt line, has a diverse character and has great development potential. The master plan for the transformation and densification of the area and the implementation strategy were unanimously approved by the city council of Siegburg at the end of 2019.
