Nissewaard after 2040

“A resilient and united Nissewaard in 2040” is a vision of the future aimed at enabling Spijkenisse to boost its viability in readiness for the future. This vision is based on four principles: developing more and varied employment, building more diverse residential environments, improving accessibility and taking advantage of the green area in and around Spijkenisse. De Zwarte Hond formulated this vision in a series of working sessions with the municipality, province, housing corporations, educational authorities and other parties concerned.
