Join us as a Technical Engineer
Do you excel in architectural detailing, technical modelling, and bringing craftsmanship to projects? And would you like to work on high-profile, complex projects within a creative and dedicated team? For our Groningen office, we are looking for a Technical Engineer for 32/40 hour per week to join us.
Experience and Competencies
You are someone who enjoys collaboration, works with precision, and embraces technical challenges. In addition, you have:
- A completed degree in Architectural Engineering (HBO, TU, or Academy of Architecture)
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Dutch building regulations and construction methods
- Solid skills and experience in BIM and architectural detailing
- Strong command of Archicad (or Revit) in project work
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in phases from Design Development (DO) through execution
We are looking for someone who fits within Technical Design levels 4 or 5 according to the Dutch architects’ collective labor agreement (cao Architecten).
Responsibilities
As a Technical Engineer, you will work with a team on a wide range of challenging projects—from schools to residential towers and complex transformations. You will translate designs into construction drawings and BIM models ready for execution. You ensure accurate detailing, check drawings against regulations, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
