Lelystad Next Level: on the way to 2040
De Zwarte Hond, together with the Municipality of Lelystad, is working on an Urban Framework Plan. This plan outlines how the city can grow into a strong and attractive Lelystad by 2040.
Lelystad is an ambitious municipality with room for growth and the ambition to contribute to the Dutch housing challenge. The shared principle is that the new should support the existing. New developments will be used as much as possible to further strengthen the urban structure, while the identity of the existing city remains the starting point.
Together, we are exploring how Lelystad can develop into a strong, attractive, and sustainable city.
