For our Berlin office, we are looking for a motivated and experienced (7+ years) Urban Designer (m/f/d) for 32–40 hours per week.
We are seeking a personality with an interest in interdisciplinary thinking at the intersection of architecture, urban design, and strategic planning.
In this role, you will work on a wide variety of projects in urban planning, mobility strategies, inner-city transformation, and sustainable, multifunctional business districts. We offer you the opportunity to further develop your professional skills in architecture, urban design, and participation, while taking on responsibility as a project architect / urban planner.

What will you do?

• Work in an interdisciplinary design team of architects, urban designers, and planners
• Act independently with confidence and a strong sense of responsibility
• Contribute to or lead projects depending on scale and complexity
• Support or lead projects through all phases and across multiple scales
• Work on diverse tasks with varying levels of detail and complexity
• Collaborate closely in teams while maintaining flexibility across projects and clients

What do you bring?

• A completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences in architecture / urban planning
• At least 7 years of professional experience
• Strong conceptual design skills
• Experience in independently managing projects
• A critical mindset and clear position within architecture and urban design
• Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive attitude
• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD, Rhino, and Adobe CC
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Native-level German, good English skills (Dutch is a plus)
