City Makers Dialogue ; Bold City, Brave Decisions in Tilburg
Which choices demand courage? And how do we ensure they don’t remain ideas on paper, but truly take shape in the city?
On Tuesday, 18 November, we invite you to the LocHal in Tilburg for an inspiring city makers dialogue, set within the exhibition Bold City, Brave Decisions. This traveling exhibition by De Zwarte Hond explores how medium-sized cities evolve through courageous decisions at the intersection of policy, politics, and design.
Together with Jeroen de Willigen (urban designer and partner at De Zwarte Hond, chair of BNA, and former city architect of Groningen), Bas van der Pol (Alderman for Urban Development and Economy, Municipality of Tilburg), and Marieke van Doorninck (former Alderman of Amsterdam, MeentCoop), we will discuss courage, vision, and collaboration.
The city conversation is part of the public programme organised by CAST around the exhibition.
