Construction dwellings Zutphen Noorderhaven has started

North of the station in Zutphen a new neighboorhood will be developed. After the placement of the extraordinary construction board the construction has started with the first apartment buildings in Noorderhaven.

The apartment complex of De Zwarte Hond is connected to the industrial historic buildings De Broodfabriek (Bakery Factory) and Het Pakhuis. In the complex 31 apartments within 4 stories with commercial space on the ground floor. During 2014 the building will be ready.
