Mo*town Track 8 nominated for the Zuiderkerkprijs 2025!
We are excited to share that MO*town Track 8 has been nominated as one of the ten contenders for the 2025 Zuiderkerk Prize.
The Zuiderkerk Prize is an annual architecture award that honors the best new residential project in Amsterdam. On 16 December, the winner will be announced in the historic Zuiderkerk.
De Zwarte Hond designed MOtown Track 8 on behalf of BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling. MOtown Track 8 is a green, sustainable, and socially driven pioneering project that accelerates the transformation of Sloterdijk from an office district into a vibrant urban neighborhood. With its robust design, green façades, smart energy solutions, and shared spaces, the building brings residents together and strengthens community bonds.
