MO*Town Track8 nominated for the Architectenweb Awards 2025!
MO*town Track 8 is nominated for the Architectenweb Awards 2025 in the category Residential Building of the Year 2025! From forty submissions for this award, the jury has selected five projects for nomination.
The jury praised how De Zwarte Hond introduced various circulation routes through the building complex, creating opportunities for residents to meet each other. They also appreciated the integration of greenery within the complex and the design of the building volumes, which is both consistent and varied.
The award ceremony for the Architectenweb Awards 2025 will take place on November 5, 2025, in Rotterdam.
