Nieuw onderkomen voor het KinderBoekenHuis in Winsum(EN)
Stichting Kinderboek Cultuurbezit (SKC) recently moved into its new home base. De Zwarte Hond is responsible for the transformation of the former hall of the Obergumer Church in Winsum (Groningen) into the new premises for the second largest collection of books for children and youngsters in the Netherlands. The old accommodation in the former town hall had become too small and was also difficult for people with a physical disability to access. Furthermore, it failed to meet the requirements for a contemporary library/museum. The new accommodation makes this major attraction for Winsum far more appealing and more accessible.
