Opening “Mooi Mokum” in Groningen
On 24 September the opening of the exhibition Mooi Mokum will take place during the Groninger Architecture Month
Architect Henk Stadens (De Zwarte Hond) will engage in a conversation with Alfred Kazemier, Director of Urban Development (Municipality of Groningen), and Flora Nycolaas, Chief Urban Designer (Municipality of Amsterdam), about how we can create good, sustainable, and affordable housing within the existing city while also meeting the wishes of residents.
The exhibition Mooi Mokum runs from 23 September to 23 October and shows how the Municipality of Amsterdam not only directs where and how much is being built, but also emphasizes the quality of what is being realized.
