Tender for supermarket locations in Zuidlaren won!
Commissioned by MWPO and KondorWessels Projecten (KWP), De Zwarte Hond designed the winning proposal for the tender issued by the Municipality of Tynaarlo, for the redevelopment of the former Prins Bernhardhoeve site, located directly on the Brink in Zuidlaren.
The plan includes two full-service supermarkets of approximately 2,000 m² each. Above the supermarkets, a total of 32 high-end residential units will be developed. The temporary Albert Heijn already located on the site will be given a permanent spot in the plan, and the Jumbo will also move to this new location.
