Lighthouse Nominated for the Reynaers Public Award
The 109-metre-high Lighthouse in Eindhoven, designed by De Zwarte Hond, is one of four finalists for the Reynaers Project Award 2026, making it eligible for the Public Award. Voting is open online until 30 June.
Located in the vibrant district of Strijp-S, Lighthouse is the tallest residential tower in Southeast Brabant. With 333 apartments and a carefully varied massing, the tower responds to the scale of the surrounding buildings on this former Philips industrial site. Its distinctive design strengthens the entrance to Strijp-S and contributes to the area’s ongoing transformation.
