De Zwarte Hond and Dura Vermeer are developing a social housing building on behalf of WOM DHZW at a rapid pace, without compromising on quality, architecture, sustainability, or livability. Located in The Hague Southwest, the building is more than a standard residential complex thanks to features such as duplex apartments, large windows, and front gardens facing the street.
