Dura Vermeer Signs Collaboration Agreement ‘Werf’
De Zwarte Hond, in collaboration with ZUS and Site Practice, has developed the plan for ‘De Werf’, a green and playful neighborhood in Nieuw Rhijngeest-Zuid. Now that the municipality of Oegstgeest and Dura Vermeer have formalized their cooperation, we look forward to seeing this vibrant district, where people and nature come together, come to life. Construction of Nieuw Rhijngeest-Zuid is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
