De Zwarte Hond develops ‘Köln-Katalog’

De Zwarte Hond and Duplex Architekten have been commissioned by the City of Cologne to develop the 'Köln-Katalog' (Cologne Catalogue) in the coming months. The shortage of housing is already one of the crucial concerns for the city and the demand is expected to continue to increase, especially for affordable housing. The 'Köln-Katalog' analyzes and develops resilient solutions for housing typologies to responsibly deal with the limited number of remaining areas for housing development. It aims to enable stakeholders from the housing sector, politics and administration to achieve the goals of the city strategy "Cologne Perspectives 2030+" in a feasible way.
