Sneak preview De Louise
After our visit to the construction site this week, we couldn’t resist sharing a behind-the-scenes look. In May, De Louise will welcome its first residents – a unique housing project where compact living meets spaciousness and community.
Thanks to smart design choices, large glass facades, an atrium, and continuous balconies, each home feels surprisingly bright and generous.
This project demonstrates how close collaboration with Ymere, Dura Vermeer, VDNDP, and our subcontractors results in a well-thought-out design and an efficient construction process. By focusing on industrial construction from the start, we combine speed and quality without compromising livability.
